Document Controls Services

Our document control services apply policies and rules to how documents are to be created, life-cycled, and stored. It provides engineering and construction management enterprise-wide consistency and transparency and allows you to focus on more impactful project tasks. K&A’s document control team will follow a three-stage process: preparation, distribution, and storage. It includes naming conventions and folder structure, tracking and version control, and storage in the appropriate document management systems (DMS).
