K&A Engineering is being honored by Inc. Media as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, ranked No. 126 on the list of 5000 companies. This list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

The companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list have been competitive within their markets, but especially resilient and flexible given 2020’s unprecedented challenges.

K&A made the list by reporting a 3-year growth of 3,166%. While this is the first time the engineering firm made the list, the company shows no signs of stopping. It has plans to expand beyond its seven locations (with global headquarters in White Plains, New York) and increase headcount significantly over the coming years.

The engineering firm doubled its service offerings from 2019 to 2020 and grew headcount by 86% in 2020. It continues to hold on to its core value of giving back and regularly participates in non-profit events and partnerships that are inspired by employees’ recommendations.
